The finish
A small sticker.
A satisfying sense of depth.
Clear hard epoxy forms a rounded, glass-like dome over your printed artwork. It is firm to the touch and resists denting when pressed. Shapes, colour and layout are developed around your design.

One sheet, your own little collection.
Bring your own characters, illustrations or brand assets. Mix different designs or repeat one across the sheet at no extra cost; the number of pieces follows the size and arrangement of your artwork.

Why work with us
Prepared for resin.
Made around your artwork.
3D Sticker Lab is run by Bran-do Communication Co., Ltd., a design company in Tokyo. We prepare your artwork for resin and look after sampling and production for you.
Artwork prepared for resin
Clear resin works like a lens: some colours look darker, fine lines can disappear and sharp corners soften. We prepare the cut lines and white-ink layer, correct colours for resin and suggest adjustments to fine lines and sharp corners before your sample.
Tooling and sample in one price
Our per-sheet prices include printing plates, moulds, cut-line and white-ink preparation, a physical sample, full inspection and an OPP bag for every sheet.
One contact throughout
A dedicated contact looks after your project from your first enquiry to delivery.
Quality you can check
Depth you can measure.
Every sheet inspected.

- Hardness: thick hard epoxy is thoroughly cured before shipping, so it resists denting under a fingertip and resists nail marks.
- Bubbles and foreign matter: every sheet is checked visually, and any affected sheet is removed before shipping.
- Yellowing: a yellowing-resistant resin is specified to reduce yellowing from daylight and indoor lighting.
- Registration: print, resin and cut are aligned, and each piece is finished with a thin clear edge that absorbs small cutting tolerances.
Every sheet is inspected for
- Bubbles or foreign matter inside the dome
- Chipped or under-filled resin
- Misalignment between print, resin and cut
- Resin overflow or unintended white edges
- Cutting burrs or uncut sections
- Surface scratches, marks or fingerprints
- Adhesive faults or pieces lifting from the backing
- Warped backing or print defects

Questions
Frequently asked questions
How many sheets do I need to order?
Production runs start at 1,000 sheets of each sheet design, and each additional sheet design is priced at its own quantity tier. Every production order includes a physical sample.
Do I need a finished Illustrator file?
No. PNG and JPEG artwork is welcome, and finished Illustrator (AI) files are not required. Minor size and layout adjustments to artwork you supply, along with white-ink and cut-line preparation, are included in the production price. Designing new artwork, logos or graphics for the paper backing starts at JPY 80,000 before tax in our Japan price list. Redrawing and complex image editing are quoted separately according to the work required. We obtain your approval of any additional work and fee before starting it. Please supply artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
Is a physical sample included?
Yes. A physical sample is included in the production price. We normally ask you to review it in person before approving production. By prior agreement, approval from photos and video is also possible, for example to shorten the lead time. Your quote sets out the sample shipping and review arrangements.
How long does production take?
About 40–50 days from artwork submission to delivery within Japan, including the physical sample. International shipping time is added in your quote. New design work and additional revisions are scheduled individually. The timing of your reviews and replies may also affect the delivery date. Busy seasons and holiday periods can take longer. Please share your launch or event date early so we can plan the schedule.
How does delivery outside Japan work?
Whether your order is going to Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United States, the United Kingdom or elsewhere, we ship by international express courier (DHL or FedEx) to your door. As standard, the recipient acts as the importer and pays import duties and local taxes on arrival (DAP); if you prefer a duty-paid delivery (DDP), we include it in your quote. Tell us the destination country and postal code, and your quote sets out the freight, duties and delivery schedule, so everything is agreed before you order.
How do I pay?
By international bank transfer (SWIFT) in JPY or USD. Smaller amounts can also be paid by PayPal invoice. We invoice 50% when you approve your quote, before moulds and your sample are made, and the balance before shipment. Please cover the transfer and any intermediary bank fees so that the invoiced amount arrives in full.
Can one sheet include several different designs?
Yes. Mix different designs or repeat one design across the sheet at no extra cost. Each distinct sheet design is produced from 1,000 sheets. Your logo, brand name or a QR code can also be printed on the paper backing; tell us what you would like when you request a quote.
Are the stickers suitable for children’s products?
Each sheet includes small pieces, so for products aimed at children we recommend an age label (for example, 3+). Tell us the intended age group and where the stickers will be sold. Please include any labelling, testing or certification your market requires in your brief; these are quoted before production.
