3D Sticker Lab
Privacy policy
This policy explains how 株式会社ブランドゥコミュニケーション (Bran-do Communication Co., Ltd., “we”) handles personal information for our 3D Sticker Lab service.
English edition: 29 September 2026. Based on our Japanese policy, adopted 29 August 2026 and revised 29 September 2026, including the international enquiry fields described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect information provided in quote requests and enquiries: company or organisation, contact name, email address, telephone number, quantity, intended use, artwork and attachments (including image/PDF files and filenames), shared links and delivery details.
For international enquiries, this may also include your form language, destination country or region, postal code, the name of the importer of record, a business tax or registration number (such as a VAT, GST or ABN number), preferred currency, intended audience age group, intended use category and requested arrival date. The number we ask for is your business’s number; we do not request personal identification numbers such as a tax file number, NRIC, Hong Kong identity card number or Social Security number.
Information collected automatically may include your IP address, pages viewed, referrer, device and browser information, and cookies or similar information used for bot prevention.
2. How we use information
- Responding to enquiries, preparing quotes, and providing samples and templates.
- Production, delivery, billing and related communication.
- Sharing the minimum necessary information with manufacturing, delivery and other service contractors.
- Improving our service and analysing its use as described below.
- Meeting legal obligations.
3. Contractors and third-party provision
We do not provide personal information to third parties without consent, except where permitted by law. We may entrust necessary processing to contractors for manufacturing, delivery and payment, and supervise them through appropriate contractual arrangements. Entrusted processing within the necessary scope is not treated as third-party provision under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
We use Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) for website hosting, form receipt and bot prevention, and Plus Five Five, Inc. (United States, trading as Resend) for email delivery. These services may process information outside Japan, primarily in the United States.
4. Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, only after you allow optional analytics. It uses cookies to understand aggregate page visits, broad traffic-source categories, template downloads, form starts and successful API receipt of an enquiry. We do not use it for advertising or personalisation.
We do not send names, company names, email addresses, free-text enquiries, artwork, filenames or shared file links to Google Analytics. Page addresses have query strings and fragments removed, and detailed referrers are replaced with broad source categories. Google may process the resulting information on servers outside Japan. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Before consent, or after you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. Quote requests and template downloads remain available.
The initial page visited and a broad traffic-source category may be held temporarily within the same browser tab and included in the internal notification when you submit an enquiry. We do not retain detailed referrer URLs or search terms for this purpose. This temporary information is not used when you decline analytics or enable your browser’s Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting.
Separately, our hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc. uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to aggregate page views and loading performance. This measurement uses no cookies or other browser storage and does not track individual visitors, so the choice in “Analytics settings” in the footer does not apply to it. See Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for necessary anti-spam checks. Browser cookie or privacy settings may affect authentication checks or the saving of your preference.
5. Security and retention
We apply safeguards such as access permissions and encrypted TLS connections. Production artwork is deleted after production within a reasonable period. Form information is transmitted over TLS through the service providers described above and delivered to the responsible staff by email.
If you need to share particularly sensitive information, please use the method we arrange with you after the quote discussion.
6. Your requests
You may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use or suspension of third-party provision of your personal information. We verify your identity, normally through your registered email address; identification documentation may be needed in some cases. We respond promptly in accordance with applicable law and do not charge a fee for these requests.
7. Changes to this policy
We may amend this policy to reflect changes in law or our service. The updated policy takes effect when it is posted on this website.
